What you'll do
- Design and implement high-performance gameplay systems, mechanics, and features
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other engineers to bring creative visions to life
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable C++ or C# code
- Profile and optimize gameplay systems for target platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of gameplay engineering experience in shipped commercial titles
- Proficiency in C++ or C# and experience with Unreal Engine or Unity
- Strong understanding of game design principles and player experience
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
