The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations – Streets assists the Manager with oversight of the Entertainment Streets Department at Universal Studios Hollywood, covering front and back of house operations, finances, and guest/team member issues.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of a show venue/area, including staff and process management
- Lead supervisors and front-line employees, including project delegation and development
- Manage labor and non-labor budgets; assist with annual operating budget planning
- Maintain operational efficiency of venues, shows, and inventories
- Partner with HR and Labor Relations on collective bargaining agreement compliance
- Periodically serve as Entertainment Department Manager on Duty (MOD)
