About the Role

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker (30 hours/week) to represent the brand, guide clients toward the right financial solutions, and deliver outstanding service at a Valley branch.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist clients with banking transactions and inquiries
• Proactively identify client needs and connect them with appropriate products
• Educate clients on Chase digital tools and self-service options
• Support the branch in achieving client growth and retention goals

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer interaction experience
• Ability to work in a sales-driven environment
• Bilingual skills a plus at many Valley locations

• Part-time, 30 hours/week; on-site
