Bloomingdale's / Macy's is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor for the CHANEL Beauté counter. Represent one of the world's most iconic luxury beauty brands and deliver an elevated client experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as brand ambassador for CHANEL Beauté, delivering personalized skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through relationship-building and follow-up
- Drive counter sales and meet performance goals in alignment with CHANEL standards
- Maintain the CHANEL counter's visual presentation and inventory standards
- Execute in-store events and promotions to grow customer engagement
Requirements
- Passion for luxury beauty and exceptional client service
- Prior experience in prestige beauty retail strongly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
