Business Analytics & Intelligence Manager

About the Role

Disney Consumer Products' Licensing Analytics team is seeking a Business Analytics & Intelligence Manager. The team applies quantitative techniques to discover insights about licensing partners, retailers, and consumers, directly informing decisions across the DCP experience.

Based in Glendale, CA. Reports to the Director, Licensing Analytics.

What You'll Do

• Lead analytics transformation: technology roadmap, automated data pipelines, self-service reporting, data governance strategy
• Identify and reconcile external data sources; clearly communicate analytical assumptions
• Build compelling dashboards, BI tools, and data decks that synthesize complex information for decision-makers
• Develop fully automated data pipelines to minimize time on data gathering and preparation
• Build the data foundation enabling self-service analytics, AI-driven insights, and scalable reporting
• Stay current on AI/ML and robotic automation trends to identify process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytical roles
• Experience leading full lifecycle of analytic products (discovery through automation)
• Advanced Tableau or Power BI skills
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools (Knime, Alteryx, Tableau Prep), Snowflake, SQL Server
• Experience with syndicated data platforms (Circana, Euromonitor, Statista)
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences

Preferred

• Large-scale retail systems data experience
• Cloud platforms and machine learning experience
• Python, VBA, or other scripting languages
• BS in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

Pay & Benefits

$115,500–$154,800/yr in Glendale, CA. Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may also be provided. Full Disney benefits package.
