About the Role
As Business System Analysis Manager, you'll be the bridge between finance strategy and technical execution — leading support and delivery of planning solutions within the FP&A Studios portfolio, primarily on SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
What You'll Do
- Deliver solutions for financial, headcount, and operational planning using SAP BPC/SAC
- Configure processes, develop reports, and templates for FP&A activities
- Translate business processes into functional requirements for developers
- Participate in solution builds, testing, and the FP&A systems roadmap
- Serve as trusted advisor to both the Technology team and business users
- Assist with production support troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
- 8+ years of ERP FP&A systems experience (SAC, Anaplan, OneStream, SAP BPC) at a Lead Architect level
- Hands-on experience implementing BPC or other FP&A solutions as a technical/functional analyst
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, consolidated financial reporting
