The Sales Operations team works side-by-side with regional digital sales management teams to ensure advertising campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations.

What you'll do
- Traffic and monitor campaigns across the ad server
- QC, process, and prepare display and video ads for launch
- Partner with sales marketing and site leaders to schedule campaigns for calendar-based sponsorships and events
- Collaborate with external ad vendors to review and test images for rich media creative types
- Troubleshoot advertisement issues and ensure agreed-upon turnaround timeframes are met
- Support high-profile, strategic accounts through successful digital advertising campaign execution
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with ad trafficking, digital ad operations, or a related field
- Technically savvy with strong problem-solving ability
- Customer service orientation and leadership qualities
