Director, Finance Transformation

About the Role

Director of Controllership, SAP S/4 Transformation for NBCUniversal's Project Keystone (SAP S4 HANA implementation) — supporting the Studios Group business line as its main point of contact through the finance digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Provide SME input for next-generation ERP Finance Solutions for Studios Group
• Interface with finance, the S/4 Core Team, business units, and System Integrator to capture and analyze business processes
• Translate business and reporting needs into SAP S/4 process and master data designs
• Build stakeholder consensus on S/4 design principles; drive data validation and reconciliation
• Serve as a change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area
• 8+ years in a finance role; 5+ years in the media industry (Studios Group area preferred)
• 3+ years of professional SAP ecosystem experience preferred
• Understanding of SAP business processes (AP, Record to Report, Order to Cash) and agile project management

Schedule

Hybrid — minimum four days per week in office.

Pay & Benefits

$130,000–$170,000. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid leave.
