Emerging Store Manager

About the Role

Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Responsible for managing the front end of the store and making recommendations on overall store operations. Works alternate schedule with the Store Manager. Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline. Salary: $45,000–$71,550/year.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Monitor customer service, provide coaching and training, and develop plans for improvements
• Empower team members to find impactful resolutions for customers; seek solutions that exceed customer expectations and build loyalty

Operations

• Supervise store operations, assign daily activities, delegate tasks, approve time records, manage scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with external partners to drive the store's future; support community outreach opportunities
• Supervise store cash management including register counts, bank withdrawals, armored car pickups, and safe deposits
• Supervise front end and pharmacy inventory; complete resets/revisions and price changes
• Ensure store interior and exterior are clean and presentable; manage repair and maintenance
• Comply with all company policies, including strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Business Performance

• Independently analyze financial and performance data; create action plans to support achievement of business deliverables
• Use operating statements and key performance indicators to monitor and improve store performance
