About the Role
The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple executives who oversee the programming and development of unscripted content for NBC. This individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions, as well as with the external business and creative community.
Responsibilities
- Manage heavy phones, calendar, and contacts for executives.
- Maintain pitch logs and handle development research.
- Manage expenses and coordinate travel.
- Own guest lists for various NBC show tapings.
- Build out decks used for both internal and external meetings.
- Track internal documents (status of pitches, acquisitions, passes), proactively staying on top of deadlines.
- Track multiple productions and manage the master production schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of entertainment experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Dropbox, and Google Suite.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Flexible, personable, self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proactive and efficient communicator.
This is a hybrid role (minimum 4 days in office per week). Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year.
