What You'll Do
- Perform grounds maintenance: landscaping, trash pickup, and pressure washing
- Clean and maintain breezeways, common areas, and building exteriors
- Assist with unit turns and minor maintenance tasks
- Respond to resident requests and maintain curb appeal
Requirements
- Prior groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation; valid driver's license may be required
