About the Role

Chipotle is hiring a Kitchen Leader. As a Kitchen Leader, you'll help manage kitchen operations and lead the back-of-house crew to deliver high-quality food efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Oversee food prep, cooking, and quality standards in the kitchen
• Train and coach crew members on food safety and operational procedures
• Manage throughput and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• Ensure food is prepared to Chipotle's standards with fresh ingredients

Requirements

• Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Food safety certification a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Benefits

$21.25–$23.65/hr + $5,250/yr tuition assistance
