Manager, Corporate Legal Affairs

About the Role

NBCUniversal is looking for a Manager, Corporate Legal Affairs (Corporate Secretary) to support corporate governance, legal entity management, and compliance for its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries, within the enterprise Corporate Secretary team.

What You'll Do

• Provide corporate secretarial support: draft certificates, consents, resolutions, and governance documentation; maintain digital minute books
• Prepare and file annual reports and statutory filings; track compliance deadlines across a large entity portfolio
• Manage the corporate legal entity database, ensuring accurate ownership, governance, and structural data
• Oversee billing/invoicing for corporate secretarial vendors
• Support entity formations, restructurings, and dissolutions; serve as a resource to Legal and business teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, corporate secretary, or legal entity management
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate governance and compliance requirements
• Experience with legal entity management systems preferred

Schedule

Hybrid — minimum 4 days/week from the New York, NY or Universal City, CA office (subject to change).

Pay & Benefits

$80,000–$100,000/yr (bonus eligible), plus NBCUniversal's benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and more).
