About the Role
Film FP&A is hiring a Manager of Finance to support and manage the consolidation, analysis, and forecasting of global costs under Universal Entertainment.
What You'll Do
- Consolidate and analyze Overhead/SG&A costs; present cost results and forecasts to CFOs
- Manage Overhead for major forecast cycles (Estimates, Long Range Plan, Budget) and supplemental Corporate reporting
- Collaborate with Finance teams across Universal Entertainment business units
- Build analytical tools and dashboards supporting pacing and estimates
- Serve as primary Finance partner providing overhead support to ~20 Executive department leaders
- Conduct quarterly Headcount analysis and lead ad-hoc projects (SAC Workforce Planning, Global Overhead model)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of Finance experience; high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends as needed
Schedule
Hybrid — minimum four days per week in office.
Pay & Benefits
$90,000–$120,000/year, bonus eligible. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition reimbursement.
