About the Role
Logix Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Services Officer I (or II) to provide "wow" level service to members and co-workers in a call center environment. Hybrid schedule.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales, member service (NPS), and product goals
- Explain Credit Union policies and resolve member concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal lending/operations regulations
- Assist members with financial needs, transactions, and product selection
- Participate in team meetings on service improvements
Schedule
Hybrid. Contact center hours: weekdays 7am–7pm PT, weekends 9am–3pm PT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 24+ months of retail customer service experience
- Recent financial institution (teller, new accounts, or call center) experience preferred
Pay
$21.76–$32.64/hr
