Mission Operations Engineer for Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) — responsible for end-to-end operational health and performance of spacecraft serving government and enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Plan and monitor spacecraft operations across all mission phases (LEOP through end-of-life)
- Maintain CONOPS knowledge of spacecraft bus, subsystems, and payloads
- Design and participate in mission rehearsals
- Perform on-console and back-office spacecraft health assessment and telemetry analysis
- Develop automated command and control interfaces and operational procedures
- Support anomaly resolution and contingency response
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of spacecraft operations experience
- Experience with satellite command and control systems
