Glendale Community College's Noncredit ESL Division is accepting applications for part-time adjunct instructors to teach English as a Second Language to adult learners.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's in TESL, TESOL, applied linguistics (TESL emphasis), linguistics (TESL emphasis), English (TESL emphasis), or education (TESL emphasis); OR
Bachelor's in TESL, TESOL, or related field with TESL certificate AND a Master's in any discipline; or equivalent

Desirable Qualifications

Experience teaching noncredit ESL or adult learners
Knowledge of current ESL teaching methodologies
Experience with online instruction

Pay

$81.75–$92.82/hr depending on education and experience
