Physician Assistant II / NP II - Plastic Surgery, Per Diem (Woodland Hills)

About the Role

Provides health care services to patients with acute episodic conditions or chronic problems in Kaiser's plastic surgery specialty department, working under physician supervision and following Regional Practice Guidelines and Protocols.

What You'll Do

• Collect patient history and perform physical exams
• Develop diagnoses and management plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, order pharmacologic interventions
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate health facilities and community resources
• Develop patient education plans and plan follow-up care
• Manage the care of patients with complicated medical or surgical conditions
