About the Role
The Salesforce Product Manager is a key contributor on the Studio Distribution Tech Ops team, supporting Salesforce and adjacent platforms used by Global TV Distribution — translating business needs into prioritized product enhancements and driving adoption of new capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, including release planning and prioritization
- Serve as SME for assigned platforms; partner with stakeholders to define product goals
- Lead product discovery: stakeholder interviews, process analysis, documentation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and architects on requirements and delivery
- Support change management, training, and user adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or tech delivery for enterprise applications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
- Experience with Agile/SDLC delivery (Jira, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred: Salesforce certifications; Salesforce Lightning, Data 360, or Agentforce experience; Media & Entertainment background.
