About the Role

Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker to build meaningful client relationships at a Valley branch, providing personalized financial guidance and connecting customers with banking products and services.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients, assess their financial needs, and recommend appropriate products
• Grow and manage a book of client relationships
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Proactively reach out to clients to deepen relationships
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and Chase policies

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or banking
• Ability to meet sales goals in a consultative environment
• Strong interpersonal skills; bilingual preferred at some locations
