About this role

Nordstrom is looking for a passionate Salesperson to cultivate and grow a customer following in the Women’s Apparel department at Topanga, both digitally and in-store.

A day in the life

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools (text, social media)
• Build lasting relationships with customers and give personalized service
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, price markdowns
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts

Pay & benefits

• Pay: $18.80/hr plus commission (3%–14.5%)
