Seasonal: Guest Advocate

About the Role

Starting pay: $19.50/hr

In Target's small format stores, team members are experts in all areas of the store, responsible for cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy. You'll provide exceptional guest service while executing a variety of operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service guests with minimal disruption as you complete workload
• Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
• Push and stock product to the sales floor; execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately
• Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
• Support guest services with cashiering, order pickup (OPU), and Drive Up (DU)
• Accurately execute all pulls (daily autofills, CAFs, out-of-stock, manual requests) and backstock product
• Process all inbound deliveries using the receive application
• Operate power equipment only if certified
• Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines
