Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking)

About the Role

Starting pay: $19.25/hr

Seasonal roles at Target span specialty sales, service & engagement, and general merchandise. The Overnight Inbound (Stocking) role focuses on operations, process, and efficiency — ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

What the Role Provides

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture
• Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals

Basic Requirements

• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 lbs
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
