Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Glendale Galleria

About the Role

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague at Macy's Glendale Galleria, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You'll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team on the floor.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and availability.

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact; review sales goals, new arrivals, and current promotions
• Focus on the customer — offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves
• Finish Strong — share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end with a sincere thank-you
• This role blends service and support — anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping create magical moments for customers during the busiest time of year
