How Selling Colleagues Spend Their Day

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on trends and promotions
• Focus on the customer — offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves
• Finish Strong — share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end with a sincere thank-you

Schedule

Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts. Hours are dependent on business needs and availability.
