What you'll do
- Support the annual plan, long-range plan, and quarterly forecast processes for corporate FP&A
- Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and executive-level reporting packages
- Partner with segment finance teams to consolidate and analyze company-wide results
- Identify trends and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus
- 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Hyperion or similar tools preferred
- Strong communication and ability to synthesize complex data for senior audiences
Pay & benefits
$104,800–$128,000/yr. Full Disney benefits package.
