About the Role

Leads patient care delivery systems at a Providence Facey Medical Foundation location — direct line responsibility for patient care delivery, ancillary and support services, physical plant needs, and operational outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Direct, supervise and coordinate all aspects of patient care delivery
• Focus on service, patient, employee, and physician satisfaction
• Supervise day-to-day operations: staffing, budgeting, resource allocation
• Support community relations, marketing, and planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of management experience, most directly related to health care

Preferred

• Master's Degree in Business, Education, Management, or Health Care Administration
• Experience in ambulatory health care operations
