About the Role
Chipotle is hiring a Service Leader. As a Service Leader, you'll oversee the front-of-house experience and ensure every customer is served with speed and care.
What You'll Do
- Lead front-of-house operations during your shift
- Coach and support crew members on customer service and throughput
- Monitor the dining room, line, and customer flow
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Prior customer service or restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay & Benefits
$22.85–$25.44/hr + $5,250/yr tuition assistance
