Service Leader at Chipotle. Maintain a positive customer experience, ensure safe and quality food is served, and keep the restaurant crew well trained and the line running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
- Support food safety: hand washing and glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily food safety checklists
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew
- Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders
- Assist with banking, cash handling, and office administration
Pay & benefits
$22.85–$25.44/hr. Tuition assistance (100% coverage for select programs), healthcare benefits, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time.
