Shift Lead

About the Role

Walgreens is hiring a Shift Lead to open and close the store, handle cash, support the team, and ensure a smooth operation in the absence of store management.

What You'll Do

• Open and close the store, including required system start-ups and cash handling
• Process product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops to the safe
• Provide leadership on the floor; model excellent customer service
• Receive and organize deliveries; maintain stock room and floor
• Support the pharmacy and front-end teams as needed

Requirements

• Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Availability for opening and closing shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

• $21–$24/hr
• Part-time
