About the Role
The Universal Entertainment HR team at NBCUniversal seeks a Senior HR Manager to provide HR support and strategic guidance to leaders across Finance, Legal, Communications, Bravo, and Peacock Unscripted.
What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leadership to execute business goals
- Lead HR initiatives: performance management, org planning, compensation planning, L&D
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Partner with talent acquisition on recruitment strategy and candidate selection
- Lead special HR projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development
Schedule
Hybrid — minimum four days per week in office.
Pay & Benefits
$110,000–$135,000/yr, bonus eligible. Company-sponsored benefits.
