Sr Production Accounting Coordinator

About the role

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Features Finance Department at Warner Bros. Discovery.

What you'll do

• Organize and maintain digital files for department and project needs.
• Create, manage, and update tracking grids using SharePoint and Excel.
• Distribute emails and lists to internal departments.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, expense submissions, supply coordination, and mail distribution.
• Provide support and assistance to departmental personnel as needed.
• Coordinate general requests such as drive-on passes and work orders with office services, IT, telecom, and security.
• Take on special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a studio or production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of Production Finance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Pay & benefits

Pay Range: $44,408.00–$82,472.00 per year, plus potential annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards, along with health insurance and other benefits.
