About the Role
NBCUniversal (Universal Studios Hollywood) is looking for a Supervisor, Entertainment Operations Shows to ensure the day-to-day functionality of assigned show(s)/elements, reporting to the Manager and Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations Shows.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily operations of a specific show venue/area, including staff, process, and guest/employee support
- Maintain show quality across entertainment products; communicate concerns to the Show Manager and Show Quality Team
- Track labor and non-labor budgets and report variances; support annual operating budget and capital planning
- Provide direction, development, and coaching to Leads and employees; address performance issues
- Maintain SOPs/GOPs and ensure compliance training is current
- Conduct safety/housekeeping inspections and manage venue inventory and scheduling
Pay & Benefits
$27–$30/hr, plus NBCUniversal's benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and more).
