About the Role
Deluxe is looking for a Product Manager, AI in Burbank, CA to drive vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered capabilities across Deluxe's localization and distribution ecosystem, partnering with the AI Agent engineering team to automate workflows across the order-to-delivery lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain the AI product vision, roadmap, and strategic outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases across localization, metadata, asset management, and distribution workflows
- Analyze processes and datasets to uncover automation opportunities and agentic AI applications
- Lead backlog creation and prioritization for AI initiatives; translate use cases into product requirements
- Drive discovery: workflow mapping, data analysis, operator interviews, and tool evaluation
- Validate releases using KPIs like time savings, accuracy improvements, and error reduction
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management or product development, ideally with AI/ML or workflow automation exposure
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and translating business needs into roadmaps/backlogs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Pay & Benefits
$160,000–$200,000/yr, plus Deluxe's medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
