Senior Theatrical Title Manager (End to End)

About the Role

Deluxe is looking for a Senior Theatrical Title Manager (End to End) in Burbank, CA to own the complete lifecycle of assigned theatrical titles — from scripting and localization through mastering, digital & disc authoring, and final delivery — as the operational anchor and trusted client point of contact.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of theatrical titles across scripting, localization, mastering, digital authoring, and delivery
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned titles, ensuring smooth execution across phases
• Coordinate across creative, technical, and operations teams to align priorities and resolve workflow issues
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and safeguard delivery timelines and quality
• Champion consistency and quality across dubbing, subtitling, mastering, and QC deliverables

Qualifications

• Professional experience in title management, post-production, or localization, preferably theatrical/premium content
• Strong understanding of end-to-end media workflows (scripting, dubbing, subtitling, mastering, fulfillment)
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines

Pay & Benefits

$120,000–$150,000/yr, plus Deluxe's medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
