About the Role
Supports Adventist Health's compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body standards (The Joint Commission, CMS, State Departments of Health) across assigned hospitals and care settings. Reports to the Director/Manager of Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regulatory audits, tracers, mock surveys, and compliance reviews
- Track current/emerging regulatory requirements and prepare departments for surveys
- Perform gap analyses and recommend corrective actions; track and report compliance indicators
- Coordinate logistics for regulatory and accrediting body surveys
- Support continuous readiness activities to maintain deemed-status accreditation
Requirements
- Associate's/Technical degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of healthcare experience required
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt (or GE Change Management) certification required
- 3 years of healthcare compliance/regulatory experience and 2 years of project management experience preferred
