Senior Specialist, Strategic Sourcing

About the role

The Enterprise Sourcing team is a strategic partner across the company, driving stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and sourcing innovation for Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Disney Experiences — including brands like Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Searchlight, Disney+, Hulu, ABC, and FX. The team is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist with expertise in Strategic Sourcing, specifically Marketing Technology, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing.

What you'll do

• Design and implement sourcing strategies for Marketing Technology, with flexibility to support additional categories as needed.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including scope development, supplier identification, bid management, evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation across Marketing Technology.
• Partner with vendors and Legal to execute enterprise agreements, SaaS contracts, licensing negotiations, and renewals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Marketing partners on sourcing approach, supplier landscape, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships supporting shared objectives and performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or related field; Marketing Technology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in the full Strategic Sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development to contract negotiation and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

Pay & benefits

Hiring range for this position in California: $104,800.00–$128,000.00 per year, plus potential bonus and/or long-term incentive units and full benefits.
