About the Role
Disney Television Group — spanning Twentieth Television, FX, Disney Branded Television, National Geographic Partners, ABC Entertainment, ABC News, and the ABC Owned TV Stations Group — is seeking a Labor Relations J.D. Intern for Fall 2026 to assist the Labor Relations Department, with practical experience applying labor law to collective bargaining agreements.
What You'll Do
- Analyze collective bargaining agreements and assist business units with implementing contract terms
- Investigate, handle, and resolve grievances and information requests from unions and guilds
- Conduct research and write memoranda on relevant labor laws
- Prepare summaries and presentations on collective bargaining issues
Requirements
- Relevant coursework in labor/employment law, entertainment business, entertainment law, or IP
- Strong research, writing, and multitasking skills; proficiency with Word and Excel
- Pursuing a J.D., currently enrolled at an accredited law school, 1L or 2L year at time of internship
- At least 18 years old with unrestricted work authorization
Schedule
On-site in Burbank, CA. Full availability required September–December 2026; must provide own housing and transportation.
