Sr Product Manager

About the Role

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Product Manager/Product Owner Tech to lead delivery and evolution of the Studio and Production Office applications, blending business analysis, product management, AI fluency, and stakeholder partnership.

What You'll Do

• Gather requirements from business clients and product teams; translate needs into acceptance criteria and prototypes
• Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap across internal apps, PaaS, and licensed SaaS solutions
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to build and ship solutions; evolve AI-enabled workflows including LLM-powered tools and agents
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization; author product documentation and technical artifacts
• Partner with infrastructure and data engineering teams on studio data platform integration
• Monitor product KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product ownership in software development environments
• 5+ years using Agile Scrum methodology; 5+ years in a Production or Studio environment
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) to build, test, and deploy applications
• Experience working with data platforms

Preferred: film production lifecycle knowledge; agentic workflow experience; Certified Agile Product Owner; GitHub/GitLab experience.

$141,900–$190,300/year, Burbank, CA
