About the Role

Sr. ED Technician, evening shift, full time, at Adventist Health Glendale — a 515-bed hospital between Burbank and Pasadena, Magnet®-designated for nursing excellence.

What You'll Do

• Assist the RN and MD/Provider with assessments, examinations, and treatments
• Perform technical and patient-care duties under RN supervision; function as triage tech
• Perform Unit Secretary functions and assist in daily department operations
• Document patient care performed, including vital signs, bedside care, and observations
• Maintain equipment/supply readiness and assist with cost containment
• Provide patient/family education; mentor and train staff on technical skills

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent required; Associate's/Technical degree preferred
• BLS certification required; EMT or National EMT certification required
• CPI/TEAM crisis-intervention certification required
• CNA, CMA, Paramedic, or Phlebotomist certification preferred
