About the Role

The Sr. Manager, P&C Business Partner for Studio Marketing is a strategic, forward-looking HR professional who partners with marketing executives and leaders across Creative Advertising, Strategy, Publicity, Partnerships & Events to shape an exceptional employee experience — translating marketing and audience priorities into integrated HR strategies.

What You'll Do

• Envision and design forward-looking org and talent strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organization design, team effectiveness, and change management
• Drive workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention strategies
• Support marketing teams by aligning talent strategies with campaign cycles
• Collaborate with P&C Centers of Excellence and cross-segment marketing teams
• Use workforce analytics to inform org effectiveness and talent decisions
• Coach leaders to strengthen clarity, accountability, and effectiveness

Requirements

• 7+ years in HR, organizational development, training, or talent management
• Experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in complex, matrixed organizations
• Expertise in organizational design, change management, and transformation
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred

• Experience supporting creative, media, or entertainment organizations
• Experience with SAP, Workday, or similar HR systems

Pay

$168,200–$205,400/yr (Burbank, CA hiring range)
