Strategic Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Sourcing team is a strategic partner across the company, driving stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and sourcing innovation for Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Disney Experiences — including brands like Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Searchlight, Disney+, Hulu, ABC, and FX. The team is seeking a Specialist with experience in Strategic Sourcing or Marketing Sourcing, reporting to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing.

What you'll do

• Implement sourcing strategies for Digital & Social, with flexibility to support additional Marketing categories as needed.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation across Digital & Social.
• Build strong relationships with Marketing and Finance partners to understand priorities and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships that support shared objectives and performance outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and vendor capabilities to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding of the full Strategic Sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development through RFx execution and contract negotiation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

Pay & benefits

Hiring range for this position in California: $87,200.00–$106,400.00 per year, plus potential bonus and/or long-term incentive units and full benefits.
