About the Role

Supervisor, Laboratory, at Adventist Health Glendale. Full-time, night shift. Oversees core lab departmental operations, staff supervision, quality control, and regulatory compliance (CLIA, FDA, CAP, Joint Commission, OSHA).

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise laboratory personnel; manage staff scheduling and training
• Study and report on lab quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA)
• Develop and document laboratory policies, procedures, and protocols
• Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
• 5 years of technical experience preferred
• CLS or MT certification preferred
